Trip out 8th Feb

A few of NW Ribsters had a day out.

Just for a change the weather decided it was going to be a bit windy, but not a windy as the force 11 we had the previous night.

However i was now armed with a weterproof camera, so her are a few pics from the day out.

Some were taken by Nicole Mallet (Dave Mallets daughter) some by myself, no idea which is which though.

Anyway we meet up with Graham & Barry in Smurf & Alamo.
This was up river and things looked quite nice, well by our standards anyway

and thanks to Nicole.

Had a good day playing, who says boating a summer activity.

We did see a number of other boats go out and was making bets how far up the channel they would get before they turned back.

Most never even made it past the shelter of the ferry, maybe were just mad!!

Would be nice to be able to get weather to go somewhere, a trip etc though.

Regards Gary

Superb pics, Gary

did you manage to get any water into engine bay this time?!

Looks like it was pretty good fun for you - it all started off windy here today, and then dropped off around lunch time to a moderate NW wind that was initially forecast for yesterday
