Hi, going over to Priory Bay for a BBQ & kids playing on the beach sort of day on Sunday, should get in a bit of donutting & water skying in with a bit of luck!
Launching at the Hamble, anyone around come & say hello or come & join in!

Hi there Nick me and amate are going to be blasting over on my zapcat and my dad is coming over on his revenger. we were planning on doing the same as you and will also be leaving from hamble.

Think we should get a load of ribsters to come over and make a day of it so who is up for it.

Hope you all have a good time in PB. Don't forget there is a 10kt speed limit within 1000yds of the shore though. We have a lot of trouble with PWC's and (dare I say it) RIBS speeding in amongst the anchored boats and swimmers. I'm sure that no-one from here would dream of doing that though.

His Ma said that didn't work

Good point you made tho'. As it's a bit warmer peeps are heading to the beach and actually swimming

It's mighty dangerous to speed into any of the beautiful bays around.

Thanks for the reminder Pete

His wrists are already blue from the slap he gets each time he passes the "danger area!"

Send a message via MSN to osprey__viper
Hope you all have a great time. If any one needs a HGV driving lodger c/w german sheppard and an osprey rib please let me know. Iv got to drive a truck this weekend and the closest KeyMar will get to the water is a hose pipe on the drive to give her a clean.

Stay safe peeps and dont forget the sun cream.

Martin

p.s. dont tell our lass that im thinking of moving to the coast

Not as such although the tide does go out a fair way. The only "little problem" is that about 150m from the HW line there is a hump in the sea bed that runs parallel with the beach. I have seen many peeps anchor in relatively deep water on the shore side of this hump only to be trapped there when the tide goes out.

Low water tomorrow is around 1500 so be warned.

Hoping to be there with the family and our pet shark.. Plus a scrubbing brush, and a vat full of toxic chemicals to clean the bottom of the rib..
