Miracle product for marine clothing etc

Anyone heard of Aerogel? It's made from silica gel with CO2 inside each grain - light as smoke but amazing insulation.

It's wont be long before all sorts of clothing will use it. Hugo Boss launched a limited range but said that the clothes were too warm even in the Antarctic!!!

Should be interesting in survival suits - full of gas and incredible insulation.

It's not exactly new of course - first invented in 1931 but only now they are waking up to it's potential. It can also be used in laminations etc instead of normal foam.
