Danny Boy in for surgery

After two outings in a row where it has been choppy confused conditions and I have really suffered due not being able to stand comfortably I have booked Danny Boy in for a little bit of surgery....

As you can see from the attached pics the helm is mounted very low so when you stand up the wheel is at waist height which does not feel comfortable and the only way to feel more comfortable is to hold on with both hands which means letting go of the throttle (not good).

I am going to get the helm moved up to the top face of the console where the radio is and will book her in with Mike at Osprey to have the work done.

That's nice to hear, you did look very uncomfortable yesterday.

Say hello to Mike from me please.

DB is back !

Spent the last few days putting it all back together again. Mike at Osprey has done a superb job and the new helm position will make it a lot better in to stand.
