Should have been using a kill chord!

I have seen this on another forum and it totally freaked me out!!
My old Suzuki outboard does not have a kill chord!!



I hope the guy is OK and we can all learn from this?

Yeah, but you have more sense and experience than him mate. That is well scary. Can you imagine what would have happened if the prop had caught him!

Yeah he was being an idiot, just like a boy racer but on the water! I actually feel a bit sorry for the guy though.
I wonder how you would recover his boat? it's going to go round and round for hours, unless it hits the side of the river or turns upside down.
Bet he won't do that again!
