RIBase
I reckon it's a scam.
The .co.cc addy and the fact that the registered address appears to be a private house is a clue...

Just received this response to my email

Hello,

The engine will come with full package: cables, wires, controls and prop.
We will deliver the product directly from our US. supplier. That's why you have the testing period. You can test it and if you don't like it you can ask for a full refund. Please place your order on our website and the sales department will email you the invoice.

Thank you for your interest.

Looks like a scam. There was another website saying it did the same thing a while ago. Was a total scam and the email they sent out to people was virtually the same as the one you got above.

That web page design template looks very familiar too. I think it's probably the same people as the now defunct navyard.co.cc and power-sport.co.cc

Barry you ask for thoughts...here's mine...

Any one that buys a new engine off the internet is after one thing only, to pay the least poss price. Thats fine on a fixed solid item, not on a complicated machine that requires professional fitting, detailed setting up by a trained marine engineer, a good dealer will fight your corner with warranty issues and most important of all is the dealer local enough to sort any minor faults or damage which happen in every day boating...
Sorry to hear you had your engine stolen
