Cheers guys, I'm pleased with the way that it's turned out. I'll get a couple of interior shots taken tomorrow. I'm especially chuffed with the olive barrel dry storage solution.

She looks really good.
Is that a 50hp 4 stroke on the back? I'd be really interested how that performs on the SR4. I've used 30 and 40hp 2 strokes on SR4. Would never have considered putting a 4 stroke on the back.

Me too. The engine was the best bit of a 'project' boat which was languishing at my place. I bought the SR to go with the Honda rather than the other way, which is more usual.
The engine came with a 11x13 prop, if now put a 11x14.5 on there, it'll be interesting to find out how she goes later this morning.

Not quite with only a 22ltr tank. Giving 3-4 Easterlies on Radio Cwll earlier. That'll put a bit of swell up in the bay.

What's happening with the Ribtech?

Other than the alarm going off for no apparent reason (see 'engines and props'), she performed superbly. The 14.5"P prop appears to have been a good guess, it maxed at 5500rpm, probably more available with a thumbful of trim. Pull-out etc good. No idea of top speed until I get it running next to the Vmax. We liked the way it handled, it bobbled along in a very assured manner. Our 13yo daughter helmed for most of the afternoon, she found the controls light and very manageable.

I've not used a non-rollercoaster trailer for years, what a PITA! I ended up manually lifting the whole back end of the boat onto the rear roller.

As our Brethren across the pond would say
'Oh Helll Yea!'
(Sadly it's 'only' looking like 44-46 ish knots. that however is making no allowance for chine walking or my ever decreasing bottle!)

I'm gonna have to modify it. I can't bin it, it's only a couple of years old. Bunks would be better.
