Would anybody fancy going to the fireworks in Cowes on the 13th August (Friday Night) Going in a Ribnet invasion style flotilla.

When out there raft-up and crack open some beers and snacks

Sounds like a cracking idea. Providing boat is finished we'll be there. Let us know where to meet up.

I am out that night so will look out for you guys , we usually start at the back of the anchorage towards eygpt point and then head towards the fireworks at tickover , that way when its all finished we aviod the mad scramble back to the river or mainland, be aware of the wash created by everyone trying to leave at the same time as it gets a bit sloppy, see you on the water

We'd like to do this, but it depends on Richard's work - very long hours at the mo.

If we're out, you can certainly get a ride with us, but will need to confirm nearer the time. Do feel free to accept other offers in the meantime!!

We did it last year and came back to portsmouth about 11 pm. Boats flying all over the place , pissed out of their heads no lights etc, amazed no one got hurt.

Great fun though and should be there again moored off cowes with ya all.

it helps having tubes to bounce off things and being pissed as well. Really helps nite vision also.
