12V Washdown Pump

Does anyone have a used 12V Washdown Pump hanging around that they want to sell?
Something like a Shurflo Blaster etc.
They seem to be specced at @45PSI and @15-20LPM.

Unfortunately Bilge pumps etc don’t have the pressure as well as the volume required, and a new one is well out of budget for myself and the smaller Nashers project.

Any other options for high volume, high pressure 12V pump would be appreciated.
I’ve ruled out compressed Air for various reasons.

Thanks

Nasher.

Hi Nasher,
what pressure does a Landrover discovery headlamp washer pump create?
I had one i played around with and it had a 1/2 inch outlet and seemed to shift a lot of water and squirt it a fair way..... they seem to go for about tuppence at autojumbles.

Nasher,I tried out that pump I showed you the other day. It's definitely not quite enough, knowing what the project is trying to do.

However, there's a guy on Ebay selling something else that may be of use-25 litre food grade water containers with a hozelock fitting on the outlet tap. I picked one up for washdowns and it works quite well.

Thanks all.

I’m planning on having a good trawl around the Beaulieu Jumble next Sunday to see what I can find, but thought I’d ask on here first.

Nos knows what I’m up to, but it needs to surprise somebody so I can’t say too much.

I got hold of a boat/caravan domestic water pump a couple of months ago, but unfortunately it just didn’t have enough grunt, and a windscreen washer pump won’t shift enough water.

The Nomad 12V pressure washer is a great piece of kit, which I’d already found, but we’re in the £25 bracket, so it’s way out of our league to use as a power source.

Nos, the 25l containers look good, I’ll probably pick one up for camping anyway.

The sort of kit we need does exist, Shurflo is just one make:
ProBlaster™ Washdown Pump - SHURflo
but they are just too expensive, so I’m looking for a second-hand one.

Nasher.
