If your loooking for a twin axle ,the min it will be is 2x1000kg at two ton ,but more likely 2x 1300kg for 2600 kg ,think extreme now do 1900kg on single axle .
deal to be had here ,too short but change neck to 1 m longer and put winch post forward of a frame (thats 80mm box x3mm thich to take hitch weight anyway ) looks like a cheap outcome ,(they only call it used as they are just using up slightly away from their range bits )

its not me its for a mate, I know he prefers twin axles

I am not so fussy. Something well built and second hand would do.

I don't think budget stretches to brand new
