4m Avon Rib, Solid GRP hull with flooding chamber for stability. The hull is in original gel coat, some minor age related scrapes, but nothing major. Nice and original, not been painted. The tubes are in hypalon and are in good condition, there are some patches but they hold air well. There is a centre jockey consol which seats 2. The 25L fuel tank is located in the seat. The steering was recently replaced with a new helm and cable.
The engine is an excellent Mercury 30hp which powers the boat very well. The outboard is a manual start 2 stroke, it has mainly had freshwater use and was serviced regulary. It hasnt had much use since its last service. The engine starts easily, and ticks over nicely. It pumps plenty of coolant water and can be seen running.
The trailer has just been fitted with new axles and new hubs, the tyres are okay and it tows well.
The rib handles nicely and is very light and well balanced. Can be towed with a small car and launched by one person. It has been previously used as a safety boat on a lake. Its not a brand new boat, would benefit from a bit of cosmetic tidying up, but its ready to use as it is. Engine is 1995 unsure of age of the boat.
