Very strange driving position. I would have got the 5.05 not the 5.5 if I had to get a Gemini much dryer boat. will stick to my ribtec i think!

I use to have a 5 mtrs GEMINI with 75 bhp Mariner and 17" pitch prop. Not a very dry boat. If it was anything over a small chop we all got wet on it.
But didn't matter in the summer in Greece

Do you think that would be a better boat than an avon adventure 5.60 with yamaha f115hp 4 stroke.

TIPS2 don't think so. A friend has an AVON 5.60 (the old model) with a 90 bhp Yam and boat goes very nicely indeed.
You have to check both crafts out.
PS The Gemini has very littler storage space onboard. But for what I wanted it for it (mainly fishing and small trips) was a good boat.
