No idea breezeblock, but given they're ex RNLI engines you know they've been maintained to a very high standard, and will have supporting paperwork.
My local RNLI station was out on exercise last Sunday. I heard the call to Aberdeen coastguard. They were out for 6 minutes training. Their engines probably get used often, but little in terms of duration - so they're always available for a shout.
Besides its not just about low hours. Compression test is starting point on any used outboard. Good luck with the sale.
