Have a look at photo's to identify. Used to winch my Fathers Caravan up and down his steep drive and always kept in the garage, now cluttering up my garage so must find a new home.
There appears to be no ratchet release so it's turn handle to winch up and down.
Swap for dexian or similar storage rack or offers.
