Anyone recommend long term storage for BIG boat?

Has anybody got any ideas where a person might keep a 79' (24m) ex navy fleet tender?

Either an alongside (if drying) berth or hard standing with facilities to lift out 150 tons.

Could potentially be sat there for a few years doing nothing so needs to be cheap but safe. Nearer to south coast the better but I guess that puts the price up?
