I have for sale an Avon Searider centre console, suitable for a 5.4 Navy Version Searider.
It comes complete with Heavy Duty cable steering (in great condition, really light), remote cables, a broken but possibly useful for spare parts Mercury Control box. The control box has a key switch, with key in it but broken off, and a kill switch, but the handle is sheared, and has lost the top part (with ptt switch). If you have a spare handle, that's all it needs!
Inside the console there is a full electric setup, with a fusebox, an isolator switch, cables for battery etc, and sockets on the front and rear of the console. It also has a wiring loom that it attached to the engine control cables.
The seat itself is very worn and faded, with a couple of slits on the top. The underlying foam is in very good condition, and the wooden base and wooden frame are also in great condition.
There is a stainless grab rail on the front of the console, and one on the back of the seat. It is a 3 man console.
The fibreglass is in excellent condition, no holes or anything, no cracks that i've found.
The console is available for viewing in Portsmouth this Saturday evening, or anytime after the 4th April and would probably need to be collected due to size.
The attached pics show the console, it is a bit grubby and could certainly do with a cleanup. I am open to sensible offers, if it doesn't go here it will go up on eBay, where I'm told a smaller console in a terrible state fetched £86.
