Having upgraded to flip up wheels, I have two wheels for sale.
One has the original bolt and one does not (supplied with backup bolt and nut). Fits on the 2 base of the boat nuts with U shaped piece.

Good on the beach and on stones and the motor stands high.

£50 or best offer, West London, can deliver locally or post for £12 extra.
