I have an evinrude 25 hp shortshaft engine, 1984. it looks like the carb may have sucked something in it shouldn't have, one piston damaged so i have decided to cut my losses and break the engine for spares.
The gearbox is good, the Hood is ok, it has new ignition components. everything available, powerhead damaged so probably of no use to anybody.
