For reluctant sale is our fab getaway, a 2005 Burstner TK530 5 berth caravan on a fully paid seasonal pitch at Holgates BayView camp site in Carnforth, near Morecambe, Lancashire. Selling up as we are moving house and need to up our deposit.
We have had some amazing holidays at this site, hence we chose to site the van here at a cost of £2,000 which gives unlimited use until the end of the season.
You are under no obligation to keep the van there, it is in good mechanical order and is of a very high spec and German prestige quality, it tows like a dream.
The van was purchased four years ago by us, and was used for school holiday breaks until we sited it at BayView two years ago.
It has the later interior, with modern blue upholstery with beech veneer cabinets and woodwork.
Two permanent bunks at one end make the layout ideal for families, whilst the U shape seating with removable table gives an area to eat and sit if the weather is off.
The kitchen has a fridge, sink and hob, as well as plenty of storage space.
There is an LCD screen fitted, with a DVD player and free view box, though the external ariel is ready for replacing. These can be picked up cheaply at Argos or any caravan shop.
Aesthetically the van is in good, used condition, with some marks externally as you would expect from a used van, and some scuffs to the rear end caused by a loose awning pole. These can be seen in one of the photos.
Inside, the van is dry, clean and well looked after.
It comes complete with built in fridge/freezer, hob, water container aqua caddy, waste master, chemical toilet and spare chemicals. 2 gas bottles, fitted cd and radio music system, gas central heating and blown air ventilation.
Externally it comes with wheel clamp and hitch lock, basically everything you need for a family holiday on a beautiful high spec campsite in a scenic, coastal location.

On site there is a security barrier with fob entry, a bar, restaurant and shop, with picturesque walks and cycle ways in the immediate area.
