30-40 kgs and 76-86 cm chest. The approximate age range based on personal findings is for 6-9 year olds.
Really very good condition, all straps, zips, whistle and crotch straps work fine. Being really fussy there is a little light mark or two on the collar, but you have to look very hard to notice and will probably clean off without any effort.
