Just taken delivery of my bargain rope, and it's excellent. Unreservedly recommended, well worth asking this chap for a quote. He also does stainless steel fittings (mostly yottie stuff, cleats, fairleads, shackles).

My 12mm octoplait came in at £1.50 per metre.
