Electric Winch
This is a winch that slots onto tow hitch and the unit is then connected to battery by croc clips with a lead to send up and down. 3500llbs limit
I used this a few times for pulling/lowering a 6.5 RIB on a slippery concrete slipway when I wanted to keep tyres of van off weed. It is slow but a very useful bit of kit if you want to take the strain off a launch
A new one is from £45on fleabay so £25 and collect Southampton/New Forest Area - too heavy/costly to post
