Extra Jockey Seat for AvonSearider

To anyone out there who might have/makes additional Jockey Seat moulds for these type of vessels, I would be grateful for your response. The Dimensions for these Avon SeaRiders aren't particularly standard. I have an Existing double Jockey seat but need to extend it to accommodate my 2 Sons.
Height of the existing seat is only 32cm, and length of the addtl seat needs to be 22"-24" max I would suggest. ( sorry for the metric, imperial mix)
The existing double jock is flanged outwards so the addtl.mould will need to accommodate that ideally. I have the Marine Ply,Foam & Cover Materials ready to use for the padded seat. Any advice or offers would be much appreciated.

I can build this for you, but I'll have to get my trade membership on here sorted first.

I'm building a mould to make exactly what you are looking for

Seeing your Project again on youtube reminds me of chatting with you Gents at the Southampton Boat show back in September. Glad it was such a successful charity venture!

Hi there, I saw a while ago a 1 man band offering to make these fibreglass moulds for £130 on ebay ( can't find it at the moment ) I'm thinking of a cheaper alternative...one of those heavy duty cooler boxes which I'd directly glue to the floor. It will also have the advantage of being a ready made storage box. Don't know if that helps...

Heavy duty cooler may be made of HDPE. Certainly some of our work ones are. Glueing is pretty much impossible...

Thanks for the advice! I went for a heavy-duty IGLOO cooler which fits perfectly and stuck it (temporarily) with heavy duty stick-on velcro. I'm now looking for a stainless steel frame to go around it with 2 half height back rests but I'm getting quotes for £500 to do this which out of my budget. Ill have to keep shopping around...

I'm getting in contact again as Ive tried some local SS fabricators and they're all working out too expensive.Ive paste'd a previous reply to bring an update to my progress.
I went for a heavy-duty IGLOO cooler which fits perfectly and stuck it (temporarily) with heavy duty stick-on velcro. I'm now looking for a stainless steel frame to go around it with 2 half height back rests ,one for the end of the original dble jockey seat and the other for the back of the cooler.but I'm getting quotes for £500 to do this which out of my budget.
Would you be able to do this for a more reasonable price??
