Make sure you check that the focus problem has been sorted on the 3+
Hero3+ Black - Out of Focus from the factory - YouTube

The Hero 3 is cheaper now and also has a deeper diving depth of 20m

2 diving mates have returned the 3+ and then bought the hero 3 black because of the problems with the 3+
