Collar for an Arctic 22, it will require the outer bolt rope and bow flap to be replaced. The tubes were tidied up and had all the valves replaced by Henshaw along with a new rubbing strake prior to me purchasing the boat last summer, they hold air and as you can see have all the MOD handholds etc.
