Hamilton 273 tailpipe housing
Having stripped my jet out, I have sandblasted it to see what bodges have been done on that ,(seeing how many were done on the engine) and found that that it is full of filler and magic metal with a thick coat of anti fouling to try and hide it. Once blasted. there is bad corrosion and it resembles a swiss cheese in places and the cone behind the Cutlass bearing appears to have been cut off and glued back on!
So I am after a tail housing in good condition. It is a 4 bolt fitment. This one is probably from around 1987 when the Pac was built.
I am prepared to buy a complete 273 if the price is right.
