Easy to sell/buy on paypal. They just need your email address, also if the buyer says that they're sending the money to friends/family the seller has no charges and I believe the transaction is free. Bought gear from here and the USA and they even do the conversion rate for you.

post costs had a look on royal mail 3 day delivery 2nd class proof of delivery 45 x 35 x 16 cm up to 2kg £3.90 + 50p packing bag.
if still interested send your name & address + what you want so i don't have a senior moment and get it wrong.

I'm sure Jeff is totally trustworthy and reliable but just to be aware if you send as "paypal gift" you have no way to reclaim if the goods never arrive.

Your right to mention poly but I have done it through the post office goods to the value of & proof of postage signed for,also said pay when you receive goods but the lads paid up front, you do have to wait up to 15 days as they don't guarantee The 3days (as usual in this world).
