No I haven't had any dealings with this individual. I was looking tho at purchasing a 2000 4 stroke yahama outboard which he has for sale on eBay, but thought best to ask here first as most users would be on this site too!!

Well, you never know-he might have sorted himself out. Given his past record though, I wouldn't buy anything from him that I wasn't going to pay cash on collection and inspect it before handing money over.

I think I will give it a miss.

Unfortunately it very hard for a leopard to change his spots and I hope no other keen boat users are disadvantaged by this individual.

Bought a boat from this guy two years ago. Turned up, paid cash. Was as described and he was fairly helpful. I know some people haven't had a great experience with him but thought I would share mine.
