Johnson 40hp VRO Spares Early 90's Please!
Hello everyone. Bit of a long shot but i hate to waste an engine, so if i can get a few spares there may still be life in the old dog yet! After an overhaul, one of the pistons decided to detach itself from the crankshaft, (nothing to do with me!)and made a bit of a mess, so ideally need a powerhead, but i reckon i can still salvage a few bits so even just the block and a piston and a fuel reed would do! (I intend to fit new bearings etc). I dont have the engine model year but from investigation i think it is early 90's with the upgraded VRO2 system (currently disconnected), but i think i'm even going to reconnect this as well! Any help much appreciated, Thanks.
