Any sea trial welcome, it genuinely starts from cold 2nd/3rd pull- there’s half tank of fuel 50:1 Mix with Quicksilver 2 stroke marine oil - Engine is located in Portsmouth, can deliver but would rather not ideally as I'll have to drain the tank etc, come and have a play before if you wish you won’t be disappointed - A full Quicksilver bottle of 2 stroke oil is included with the engine

· A bit of History
The 1990 Evinrude 3 was part of the company's Heavy-Duty Portables line, which consisted of the Evinrude Excel 4, the Evinrude 3 and the Evinrude Junior. The Heavy-Duty Portables line was one class below the Compact Twins line and one class above the Evinrude Electrics line. The Heavy-Duty Portables line was designed to be powerful and rugged yet compact and light enough to carry. It was ideal for trolling and navigating through shallow waters in small boats or canoes.
Engine Specs
· The 1990 Evinrude 3 was a 5.29 cubic inch, 86.4 cc, two-cylinder engine with three propshaft horsepower.
Features
· The 1990 Evinrude 3 had a fully enclosed power-head and featured forward and neutral shift options, an auto-recoil starter, "programmed" tilt with shallow-water drive and vibration isolation. It came with a Uni-Forge one-piece crankshaft and high-strength spiral-bevel gears. The propeller shaft was 15 inches long and came with OMC Deep Guard corrosion protection.
