Could possibly be used as a pattern to make another, can have the transom fittings aswell once I've taken the off.

Don't know about the wheel once belonging to Adolf Hitler, but this was once owned by him, then it was sold to Saddam Hussein at an auction - it was the Grater of two Evils...
