Mariner 115 Optimax
115hp Mariner Optimax 2 stroke, long shaft engine, model number 7115D73ZY, complete with control gear.
This has recently been professionally removed from a dive rib, and is ready for collection from Plymouth (UK). It’s offered strictly on a “spares or repair” basis without warranty. When last used the engine was making an odd knocking noise and the marine engineers advised against usage from a safety perspective of having divers in the water and then having engine trouble and not being able to retrieve them. The gearbox is believed to be working OK, but no warranty is offered. Sorry we know nothing further - we’re divers not mechanics!
