Merc 25 elpt4s big foot
Merc 25 elpt4s big foot, Long shaft, 2003, 2 twin cylinder, single carb, 526cc, 180 lbs/79kg, electric start ptt.
This is the original engine fitted to my 2003 Humber, the counter shows 1042 hours. I have only done 20 hours on it and it runs fine.
The power trim top seal leaks, I have a full rebuild seal kit (£80) to complete repair included in the sale.
The pin that holds outboard in position when fully up has seized (may need heat to free it)
The engine cowling is marked and not immaculate.
The engine is fitted with sst hydrofoil fins and will come with the original control (left hand) & cables.
Reason for sale - outboard upgrade
I feel £799 cash is a fair price but may entertain reasonable offers for a quick sale. The engine is located in EN7 Hertfordshire, 2 mins from m25/j25. buyer to collect - no delivery due to weight of engine.
