Old Mercury 20hp outboard.
She runs.
Came with the boat I brought a couple of years ago.
Ran well but knocked a bit.
Put it in for a service and got told the cranck shaft was bent so got another engine.
Good for spares if anyone has one still running.
Can deliver very locally (Hamble) if not then collection.
Generous offer I'd say and good engines in thier day....must be plenty still operating
....brought back great memories doing hundreds of hours with one of these on the back of my old Zodiac in the 80's and 90's
Before I broke it up for spares ...Id be tempted getting a second opinion...not a common fault on them

I've got a 15hp yamaha 2stroke (with less than 20hrs use) on my 1979 Zodiac classic and she goes well. I don't have the time to dedicate to getting the old one going but as I said it does run so if anyone has one it would be good for spares.
I'd hate to see it go to waste. I'll even drop it off locally
