Barnet Marine Company (XS RIBs) do cheap seconds jockey seats, got mine for £30 with no noticable defects.

Most RIB manufacturers should be able to sort you out with a jockey seat.

Where in England are you?

Jockey seats

Our jockey seats (and consoles) are here: http://www.eco-marine.co.uk/consolesandseats.html - we're just moulding the first seats and making the pattern for the double console.
