I am in the process of uprating my current Rapide trailer to a double axle in order to solve a snaking problem when towing at speed.
As Rapide were taken over some time ago, spares seem to be quite difficult to come by so if anyone is interested I should in the near future have the following available for sale.
1 x 1800kg axel to be taken off a 2007 Rapide R2B61S/65 trailer
1 x axle carrage
Hubs are 5 stud with 6.5inc PCD (Note brake assembly has been removed from the hubs)
Hubs are fitted with the fresh water wash kit.
Three bearing saver hub covers, two used and one as new spare.
Two sets of new spare bearings
Also 3 heavy duty tyres and rims185/70 R13C. Two used, one as new spare.
Spare wheel carrier to fit 5 stud rim as above.
Parts will be in Staffordshire – not far from the M1 or M6. Could deliver for the cost of fuel.
