Why does it need to be metal?
Wood and bolts? No need to angle just a rectangle of wood say 3ft x 5ft. Casters on each corner. Something like 6*2s. Then two 5ft strips with pads bolted to say 18in uprights with triangle braces if needed..
If indoor use should last for years. If out door needs treated, so would steel?
