Urm........pardon the pun but time to come clean.
how about I try the product and find a ribeye to match ? I'm just messing, I've been to view a few but I'm not fixed to Ribeye as I have to make a margin on it so will buy whatever is out there. Ribeye don't seem to age all that well though.
