SSL multi position twin bolster seat

SSL PH2 multi position twin bolster seat. Fantastic piece of kit really comfortable and supportive, cost nearly $5000 new (more in the UK). Ribeye pale gray and blue colours (from Ribeye 785s). All works as it should. Bargain at £950 (video shows slightly smaller version of the seat but shows you how it works) These are proper marine seating designed to take the loads of heavy weather. Plenty of room underneath for storage and as the seat can be tilted forward access is great. Has sprung/pneumatic rams in the tubes to make lifting easy. Also link to SSL website http://www.bolsters.com

these look like the approx dimensions, cheers

Very nice and would love this in the Cobra but it looks like it needs raised foot rests which can’t be done in the Cobra due to the access hatch :-(

definitely doesn't need footrests, non on the ribeye and i've never seen one fitted that did. I suspect you would find it very comfortable on the cobra. The sitting seat height is perfect for feet touching the deck and both my wife and i find the bolster position great if you prefer semi standing. The side cheeks are very supportive and take all the effort out of choppy water. Cheers.

SSL multi position twin bolster seat

Finally measured up, I would have to loose the grab rail and I would loose about 2.5cm of walking room each side but it would go in. How does it attach to the deck?

ribeye use rubber well nuts, they don't need to be huge and the deck on the ribeye is about an inch thick so many different sizes to suit. Very easy to fit and seal as well as grab all in one go. Approx 36x 19inches and height is to just under the seat depending whether up or down. (i.e you could get a fuel tank or small liferaft under there probably) Cheers.
