Well, we're talking about a fairly rough and ready rib here, not a Sunseeker. Not too bothered about a bit of oxidation remaining.
As I said to you this afternoon when I came round for a look, the minor bits left are down to the fact your a-frame was never finished properly in the first place (no offence!).
