Suzuki DF250
2004 XL Shaft DF250 for sale. Very good cosmetic condition, never been left on the water so no corrosion or barnacles etc. Just been fully serviced including valve clearances and anodes.
1700hrs however engine was fully stripped and re-built in 2020 at 1616hrs *most of these hours at idle speed doing wildlife tours as can be seen in attached diagnostic screenshot*. This involved total disassembly, cleaning, full rebuilt using new genuine suzuki parts inc oil pump, timing chain, chain tensioners, crankshaft journals machined to spec, OS crankshaft bearings, 1 piston and conrod assembly and all new gaskets among many other parts. Following re-build engine was run in correctly with several oil changes conducted to ensure no contamination.
Engine is now removed from my rib due to upgrade to a brand new DF250. Engine can be viewed running on a stand, and can be palletised for delivery or I can assist rigging it onto your boat if you bring the boat here. Engine comes complete with all ancillaries - wiring harnesses, gauges, prop, control box, control cables etc.
