Used solid oak flooring
A random one - but thought I would offer anyway
Yesterday I put into my skip about 10-15sqm of real wood flooring which has sat in my garage for a couple of years. I bought 48sqm of it from a flooring company who were called into a house to rip up a real wood floor put down into a house with underfloor heating (apparently the two don't go together) as it had starting bowing up. 150sqm was pulled up and 48sqm of it was salvaged - which I bought from the flooring company.
Anyway, I used what I needed and the rest went into my garage to be used later as the floor for my home office... but it never happened so has just sat there.
As you may have noticed, we've had a fair bit of rain lately, and the wood is outside - however I have tried to cover it up with a bit of plastic after I realised that it might be useful to someone - even as firewood!
If you wanted to use it as a floor again, the wood will need a bit of work, as it was glued together before - but it was well worth it for me as the wood was originally £50/sqm I got the lot for £500 - so quite a big saving.
Skip will be going soon, so if you're interested let me know ASAP.

Probably overkill for my garage --its carpeted at the moment and the last one had laminate ...real Oak would be a step up, but I'd had to get oil on it !
If its still in the skip come saturday let me know as I'll be passing and tempted

SR4 - Its probably heavier than the Searider!
Peter - will do, I am changing plan and going to stick carpet tiles down in my garage, so much easier!

Its in Burlsedon, Southampton
Planks vary in size from about 400mm to 1000mm approx (can measure later if interested)
