I have one of the Milpro fuel bladders (great bit of kit btw) and looking at the cap, it wouldn’t be a big or complicated job to knock one up on a lathe.

Interesting, I’ll buzz Zodiac here and see, I’ve found some images of the caps, not much to them. Finger crossed though I’d like to be able to secure them for my Fc470

To the best on your knowledge, any holes/leaks. Understand if you don’t know.

The zodiac bladders are part number Z66079. The fuel caps are aluminium I think and precision made. More pictures here: https://www.rib.net/forum/f36/zodiac...der-82644.html

I see skip you’re based in Australia. If anyone can turn it on a lathe, then Kurtis from CEE (YouTube) can.

I did reply to this via PM but doing so here too for public consumption (lol)

Yeah these are all good to the best of my knowledge, I never noticed any wear or damage to them, the only real downside is the lack of caps.

I've got a zodiac dealer looking into getting them for me too. Will advise on that ASAP.

If you don't have any joy, I still have the two with the fittings here as the person who bought them is local to me but working away.

What I could do is take the caps out and take one of them to my local friendly machine shop and see if they could reverse engineer a pair for me, but I don't imagine that would be cheap.

As an aside. When I got mine a couple of years back, I hooked up the boat pump to the fuel bladder via the fuel nipple & inflated the bladder to tube pressure 2.5psi. And gave the bladder a spray with soapy water to check for leaks. Non found. I then steam cleaned the bladder inside & out, I was surprised by the amount of crap that was inside, including sand & bits of gravel. I made up a short rigid hose to go on the compressor & blew out the bladder to dry it & then rinsed it with some clean diesel. I have a Racor disposable fuel filter between the bladder & engine. All runs perfectly.
The fuel bladders are a great bit of kit & I was very tempted to get another when these came up for sale.

Hey mate, I’ll reach out again tomorrow, our Milpro team here won’t return calls, I suppose I am a small fry lol. I’d rather find some oem ones if I could. Appreciate your extra effort though !

Hi mate sorry was away for work, I’ll call my contact again tomorrow.

Stupid question, there’s no pick up hose needed ? ie there’s no hose from the inside of that cap needed to pick up fuel is there.

It’s just the cap and it’s fitting that’s needed (sorry I don’t have a schematic of the tank thus unsure how it functions)

The Cap has a non return valve and a quick release connection for the fuel line.
