Wanted: Valiant V520 Bench Seat

Hi

My bench seat has two s/s arms and they are bent back a bit which means the seat can collapse backwards.

1) Any advice on how to fix?
2) Anyone know where you can get new backrest and/or back rest and seat whilst keeping the GRP base
3) Have searched online to no avail
