VHF Aerial
Just wondering if anybody has a spare VHF aerial they would be willing to sell? Just trying to save myself a couple of quid!
Cheers
Si

I have a cable for that I will post you for a fiver.
Or I could buy the aerial if you don't go for it as I'm trying to put a few cheap bits aside myself to rig up the new sea scouts safety boat.

I'm after a new cable! I have a glomex whip with very green corroded cable and goodness knows how it is meant to fit in the base of the aerial - I think my cable is too thin, it pulls out too easily.

I have one of those white fibreglass whips, 1m long with a couple meters cable and a PL259 on the end you can have for a tenner but postage might be significant due to length?
It has a 1" thread on the end, so you will need something like this V-Tronix Nylon 22/25 mm Ratchet Rail Mount ARMRM-P if your mounting on an A-frame
