I need an exhaust elbow for a yamaha 420sti, have tried google/internet so far but cannot find one.
Would by new or used.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have been told the original ones tend to corrode fairly quickly so don't like your chances of a used one but Biffer may be able to guide you about getting one in stainless.
