Wanted - Race Rescue Knive - Desperate
Have been looking since November now and totally failed to get one of these knives.
Any dealer on here that can supply me with on can you please PM me. Must be the genuine Gerber article.
Its the blunt end knife with the shackle key I want. Retail Price paid and can collect if in Hampshire.

Next time you are in Cowes have a look in Aquatogs they had a couple last week .
If not walk up the hill past somerfield and try Jolliffes chandlers.

Tried both those places no luck. Byt Aquatogs will contact me when and if they get some. They do have some copies by Tekno though.

Brought a boat for my lad last week & im sure they had them in there show case in the showroom, they are dealers for GERBER anyway. Give um a try;

I spoke to my friendly local chandlery today, they say that Gerber has dropped this item and replaced it with the Gerber River Shorty Rescue Knife:

They think though that someone else intends to make a similar item with the proper shackle key and hooked end, no news of who and when though.
Unless you can find someone with old stock it looks like you'll struggle to find one of the originals.
