You could go bespoke.

This is my own design. Metz VHF antenna and LED light from Salty John, collapsible 316 stainless steel light pole (2-sections) with Protex latches, flag pennant cleat. Fabricated by: https://marinefabrications.co.uk

Or I bought a stainless broom handle from the local chandlers... with some off the shelf clamps etc.

You're welcome. Make up a cardboard template to get a proper idea of height.

Another option, and its a bit of a long shot, is the Avon MoD light poles. I bought one for the Ribcraft, but they are a bit on the big side, and ended up returning it. That said, built like a $h*t brick house.

I’ve seen those MOD ones but they look a little too industrial for my liking. Have purchased a LOPO LED nav light to go on the top so want something a little bling. Perhaps a bit of a contradiction in a Searider.....

Now you're asking. This was back in 2011. From memory it was around £350 mark. It's not perfect by any means. I only went for two piece pole as the boat is garaged. Add in Metz antenna, there's £60-£75 (not including cable or 316 connectors), LED all round anchor light £30, then upgraded LED bulb, and the obligatory Jack Hawkins merchant navy ensign which my mother in law had to alter (priceless).

I have a carbon fibre home made mast. I need a stainless one. Stainless Steve indicated it wouldn’t be too expensive. Looks good

Check out Navisafe lights on Amazon - I’m using their multi-section pole and the white 360 light - they also have Navigation Lights ...little pricey but very well made and very clever design especially for storage when not in use — I put Mast in fishing rod holder so mine isn’t permanently mounted

Thanks for the reply. Already have one of these but was looking for something more solid. I'm now thinking perhaps I should just stick with it as very rarely out in the dark and it makes for a very low profile should I ever need to get under a low bridge or similar!
