Yamaha 50hp e/s ptt autolube 2 STROKE OUTBOARD
I thought'd I'd offer this out first here to the Ribnet/avon community before the normal selling channels as its the perfect unicorn engine for the searider sr4 - I wanted one 10 years ago and couldnt find one longshaft - so anyway
Mid nineties Yamaha 50hp e/s ptt 2 STROKE OUTBOARD - Video running to follow
Long shaft, Electric Start, Power trim tilt, Autolube, prime start ignition
Nice and original condition, never been painted, this is the later more desirable model with the square bowl carbs and later CDI
I've also run this engine on premium 2 stroke oil and e5 super unleaded, impellor is super strong even on water hose
Can be fully demonstrated in and out of gears is a nice sounding engine, midsection tilt pin and anodes present
Brand new NGK B8HS-10 spark plugs gapped to 0.40 as per manual, old ones included in boxes
Compression is good across all 3 x cylinders,
top Cy1 - 106psi,
mid Cy2 - 109psi,
bottom Cy3 - 111psi,
I can show you the figures on a compression gauge, I've a new one now as i suspect it was underreporting - I've made good on some of the wiring that was to a bad standard stopping the lower cowling power trim up/down button working,
I've fixed this to good standard using solder/flux, proper o ring connectors and heat shrink, I had the carburettors fully disassembled and meticulous cleaned by hand and ultrasonic cleaned as pictured.
Comes with Genuine Yamaha 703 PTT control box with key with the kill cord, Comes with Genuine Yamaha 25litre tank, connectors fuel line and primer bulb,
Comes with genuine Yamaha battery start cables with new battery clamps, propellor and split pin all in good order.
I may have some 33c control cables to suit - length dependant
