Wanted: Yamaha 8hp short shaft gearbox

Looking for a useable short-shaft gearbox for an old 8hp yam two-stroke. it is an 8 as opposed to an 8A which is different and seems more common.
The 8 has a full length gear-change rod.
It is pretty old, but runs well apart from the gearbox which is well and truly goosed
